Ruksana Shaikh is a Senior Admissions Manager at EEC, leading the admissions-desk function for main website enquiries and partnering with Prexa Vyas on inbound triage. In her senior-manager capacity she owns the first-touch routing protocol that distributes new enquiries to the right country specialist within 24 hours, plus signs off two named-destination books — Mauritius (University of Mauritius + Curtin Mauritius admissions with the Mauritian post-study work pathway) and UK MBBS (NMC-recognised English-language MBBS routes at the University of Buckingham, UCLan, and Edge Hill — distinct from the standard UK Student Route). She partners with Prexa Vyas on multi-destination triage and CA Madhav Gupta on UK MBBS financial documentation. EEC is AIRC certified through 2031 and the only Indian agency with U.S. News Global Education certification.
