Summary

EEC may cancel or terminate your membership or access to services in cases of misconduct, breach of terms (e.g. single-user rules, sharing logins), fraud, or misuse of facilities. General / Offline Coaching

  • Conduct & safety: Respectful behaviour toward EEC employees, students, and visitors is mandatory. Any misconduct, nuisance, or harassment by you or your associates may result in cancellation of membership and prohibition of entry without refund. You are liable to reimburse in full for any damage you cause to EEC property.
  • Library & facility use: Facilities are for in-center use only. Library books must not be taken outside premises. Unauthorized removal may result in membership cancellation and further action.

Counselling Services

  • EEC may terminate services if you breach these terms or provide fraudulent or fake documents. Such termination is without refund.
  • If EEC suspects fake documents, we may withdraw services without refund.

Live Online Classes

  • Access links, logins, and materials are licensed to one individual. Sharing, simultaneous logins, or recording/streaming is prohibited. Breach leads to immediate termination of access (without refund).

Recorded Courses (LMS)

  • Login is for the enrolled student only. The system may detect simultaneous logins and block the account automatically. Unlawful distribution of content may lead to legal action and termination of access.
