All fees paid to EEC are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable to the maximum extent permitted by law, regardless of circumstances. General / Offline Coaching

  • All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable. This applies irrespective of circumstances, including death, marriage, job transfer, change of plans, illness, academic exams, inability to cope, financial difficulties, lockdowns/curfews, social-distancing norms, or changes in university/country entry requirements.
  • Services are for the individual named on the invoice. Breach of single-user or transfer restrictions may lead to immediate cessation of services without refund.
  • Books and materials, once issued or sold, cannot be returned or replaced.
  • In case of lockdowns, curfews, or safety compliance, EEC may shift services to distance/online learning without refund or fee adjustment.

Counselling Services

  • EEC consulting fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Payments to institutions (tuition, deposits) are made only to the institution, not to EEC. Refunds for those payments depend entirely on the institution's policy.
  • If EEC suspects fake documents or fraud, we may withdraw services without refund.

Live Online Classes

  • All fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable regardless of circumstances (illness, schedule conflicts, internet issues, etc.).

Recorded Courses (LMS)

  • Fees are non-refundable once access is granted. No exchange or transfer allowed.
