- • Passport — issued within last 10 years, at least 2 blank pages, valid 3 months beyond return date
- • Schengen Application Form — fully completed and signed
- • Two recent 35x45mm color photos (70-80% face coverage, white background)
- • Detailed Cover Letter — outlining travel purpose, itinerary, and dates of stay
Mandatory Travel Specifics
- • Travel Insurance — minimum €30,000 coverage (~₹28 Lakhs) covering medical emergencies and repatriation
- • Confirmed round-trip flight itinerary (blocked air tickets)
- • Confirmed hotel bookings for every night of stay in the Schengen zone
Financial & Professional Standing
- • Personal Bank Statements — last 3 to 6 months (signed and stamped by bank)
- • Income Tax Returns — ITR-V or Form 16 for last 3 years
- • Salaried: Last 3 months' salary slips + Original Leave Sanction Letter (NOC)
- • Business Owner: GST Certificate, Partnership Deed, or Business License + company bank statements
- • Property valuation reports — home/land to demonstrate strong ties to India

Visa Duration
