Fly to Croatia.
Register at MUP within 48 HOURS of arrival.
Get Biometric Residence Card (Valid 1 year).
Documents (PCC, Degree, etc.) MUST be translated into Croatian and Apostilled.
Police Registration: Must register address at MUP within 48 hours of arrival!
EU Blue Card Route.
Part-time work allowed (Student Service contract).
Salary Threshold (2026): €25,000 / year (approx). High skilled jobs.
Study years count as 50%.
