Carry Documents in Hand Baggage

NEVER pack admission letters, I-20/CAS, visa grant notice, insurance policies, or fee receipts in checked luggage. Immigration inspection occurs BEFORE baggage claim. Keep all originals + digital copies accessible.

To get student fares, present your admission letter, visa, and I-20/CAS at the airport check-in counter. Airlines verify enrollment status before issuing boarding passes with student benefits.

Lithium Batteries in Hand Baggage Only

Global aviation rules require all electronics with lithium-ion batteries (laptops, power banks, spare batteries) in hand baggage — never in checked luggage. This is a fire safety regulation enforced at all airports.

Checked Bags Are Strictly 23kg / 50lbs
