Submit payment proof within deadline (usually ~1 week - strict!). Immigration NZ then issues final visa. Failure to meet deadline = application declined. AIP shows: You meet eligibility criteria, funds verified, documents accepted. Many Indian students receive AIP rather than direct approval.
