Interview Based
DS-160 Form: This is your primary document. Errors here cannot be fixed during the interview. EEC guides you through filling this with extreme precision.
Two Appointments: Day 1 at VFS Global (biometrics) and Day 2 at US Consulate (face-to-face interview). Decision is given on the spot.

Visitor Visa (TRV)

Common Mistakes That Lead to Rejection
- • Hiding previous refusals — immigration systems are connected. Always declare truthfully.
- • Last-minute large deposits — this looks like "funds parking" and triggers instant suspicion.
- • Vague purpose of visit — "visiting my son" is not enough. Specific dates, events, and return plans are needed.
- • No return intent proof — if you are retired with no property, the officer assumes you may overstay.
