When comparing options, A major advantage of IELTS is the One Skill Retake policy, which allows candidates who score well in three sections but miss their target in one to retake only that specific module. In contrast, PTE currently requires a full test retake if any section score is unsatisfactory. However, PTE offers an advantage in scoring consistency through its AI model, which eliminates human examiner variability and accent bias, making it a popular choice for students who experience anxiety during face-to-face speaking interviews.

When comparing options, Choosing the right PTE study plan depends on your current proficiency and target score. A 2-week crash course is best for retakers starting at PTE 55-65 who need a quick 5-10 point boost. The 1-month standard plan is ideal for most students starting at PTE 50-60 aiming for 65-79. For beginners at PTE 40-50 or those targeting a high score of 79+, a 2-month comprehensive plan is recommended to ensure all sections are mastered.
